Anchor Bar and Grill & BBQ runs three kitchens off one deck. The smokehouse turns out hickory-smoked ribs, brisket sliced or chopped, pulled pork, chicken and sausage. The grill handles ribeye, pork chops, redfish grilled or blackened, and jumbo shrimp. And the boil pot fills buckets with shrimp, crab clusters, corn and potatoes.
Then there are the twists you won’t find down the street — Kemah Rolls with Indian spices and yogurt sauce, Naanchos on fried naan with butter chicken sauce, and a Tandoori Po’Boy — with a bar pouring sixteen Anchor signature drinks to wash it all down.
